Craftsmen Developers, LLC, headquartered in Glen Burnie, MD. is the developer.	The eagles' habitat has been preserved at Wharton's Bluff, a 130-unit townhouse community in Millsboro, Del. that was developed by Craftsmen Developers, LLC and that received the 4-Star Green Land Development Certification from the NAHB Research Center. It is the first NAHBRC 4-star certification on the East Coast.

Buffers such as shown here are one of the reasons for the prestigious certification. Craftsmen Developers, LLC is the developer of Wharton's Bluff.	The creation of bio swales at Wharton's Bluff, the 130-unit townhouse community in Millsboro, Del. developed by Craftsmen Developers, LLC,  was a key reason for achieving the 4-Star Green Land Development Certification from the NAHB Research Center. It is the first NAHBRC 4-star certification on the East Coast.
