Saybrook Community Capital is offering for sale 92 finished single family home lots in Phase 1 and 19 finished, hilltop, single family home lots in Phase 4 of Rolling Meadows (the “Lots”).

The average lot size is approximately 20,000 square feet and most of the lots have views of the surrounding countryside.
