Preliminary Plan Approved for 49 Townhomes in Millsboro, DE
On September 2nd the Town of Millsboro approved the preliminary plan for Wharton’s Bluff Parcel B. Wharton’s Bluff is a luxury waterfront townhouse community located in Millsboro, Delaware. Parcel B is on a peninsula surrounded by the Indian River in which 41 of the 49 townhomes are waterfront. The community has many amenities including extensive walking trails, pool and pool house area, picnic area, crabbing pier and a tot lot.
